1. Axial shunt
The axial shunt technology is to design two sets of gears on the B-axis to participate in the transmission, so that the bearing capacity of the B-axis gears can be improved.During the operation of the equipment, the B-axis will be driven by two axial gears at the same time.
2. Convenient assembly
The gearbox has only one assembly parting surface, and the assembly is relatively simple and convenient. The floating arrangement of the transition shaft and the gears participating in the meshing on the B shaft are in a dynamic balance state, which can realize self-running load sharing and reliable transmission.
3. Module structure
Adopt modular structure design.Two different output torque levels can be realized by matching different bearing schemes and box structure of the output part.Obvious advantages in production, storage and maintenance.
